Adam Roberts has been working within his family owned Consolidated Linen Service (“CLS”) in Regional QLD for more than 30 years. Lisa brings over 14 years of hands-on experience in the commercial laundry industry, with a career built on the ground in one of Australia’s most demanding remote environments.
In 2012, Lisa founded and built her commercial laundry operation in Kununurra, Western Australia – growing it from the ground up into a reliable, locally-owned provider of high-volume laundering services for the hospitality and mining sectors, as well as businesses across the region. As an owner-operator, Lisa is personally invested in every client relationship and every load that leaves her facility.
Her background in owning and managing accommodation in remote Australia gives her a genuine, firsthand understanding of what clients need: reliable turnaround times, consistent quality, and a service partner who is accessible, flexible, and easy to deal with – something that larger operators simply can’t offer.
Since establishing the business, Lisa has grown her team and expanded operations steadily, all while keeping sustainability, continuous improvement, and personal service at the heart of what she does. She understands that for her clients — whether running a hotel, a mine site, or a local business – laundry is a critical part of keeping their operations running smoothly, and they need a partner they can actually pick up the phone and talk to.
That personal commitment to her clients and her community is what sets Lisa and her team apart.
